Before you ask
A few things most people want to know before starting a custom order.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces ship within 7–14 business days after design approval. Rush work is sometimes possible — mention your deadline when you send the request and we'll tell you honestly what's doable.
What does it cost?
It depends on size, material, quantity, and detail. Simple engraved pieces start around CA$25; larger custom signs and wedding sets run higher. You'll see a firm quote with the mock-up before anything is cut.
Do I need a finished design?
No. A sketch, a Pinterest image, or a paragraph is enough to start. We build your design from what you send and send a digital proof for your sign-off.
What's the minimum order?
One piece. We regularly make single-item custom gifts and keepsakes. Bulk runs (weddings, business branding) get volume pricing — ask.
Can you ship?
Yes — anywhere in Canada. Local pickup near Leduc is also welcome, and we can hand off at upcoming markets.
Do you do rush orders?
Sometimes. Tell us the date — if materials are on hand and the schedule allows, we often can. A rush fee may apply.
